At Valviora, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process. Please note the following details:
Domestic Orders
General Satisfaction Guarantee:
We stand by our products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. No questions asked. However, unique return policies may apply to heavily discounted items or during specific campaigns.
Exclusions – ‘Final Sale’ Items:
Items from the ‘Final Sale’ section are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process:
Pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, customers are requested to send the shipment back to our company address.
Reverse pickup is subject to courier availability in your area pin code.
Important:
Ensure all tags, accessories (such as zippers), and original packaging are included with the return. Missing items may delay or impact approval of return, exchange, or refund.
Exchange / Refund:
Customers must pay ₹70 extra for exchanges.
We do not offer exchange or refund for products that have already been exchanged once.
Timeframe for Returns:
Products can be returned or exchanged within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
Payment Refund Details:

Delivery charges or any discount coupon amount will not be refunded.

For prepaid orders, a 3% processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds are initiated within 24 hours after the returned product is received and verified.
Reverse Pickup Conditions:
Reverse pickup will be attempted where feasible. Only one reverse pickup is allowed per order.
If unavailable in your area, you may be asked to send the product using a reliable courier.
Note:
Customers must pay for reverse pickup charges (RTO).
Innerwear & Socks Policy:
Due to hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted for innerwear and socks. This ensures health and safety standards for all customers.
